Is the gold real?

Our chains are high grade stainless steel finished with real 18k gold plating, sealed with a professional clear coat. You get the look and weight of gold jewelry without the fine jewelry price. Product titles referencing karat values describe the plating.

Will it tarnish or fade?

Not under normal wear. The clear coat seals the plating against daily exposure. Keep chemicals, pools, and perfumes off the chain and wipe it with a soft cloth after wear. With that basic care it holds its shine.

What length should I get?

20 inch sits at the collarbone. 22 inch falls a few inches below and fits most men. 26 inch drops to mid chest and works solo or layered. See our Size Guide for the full breakdown.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from Pennsylvania within 2 business days. Transit is 3 to 5 business days with tracking.

How much is shipping?

Flat $5.95. Orders over $100 ship free.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. United States only for now.

What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery. The chain must be unworn and in its original packaging. You cover return shipping unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong piece.

What does the Lifetime Guarantee cover?
