Refund policy

30 days

You have 30 days from delivery to return your chain. It must be unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Who pays return shipping

You cover return shipping, unless your item arrived defective or we sent the wrong piece. In those cases we cover it both ways.

How refunds work

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Manufacturing defects

Defects are handled under our Lifetime Guarantee, not as returns. See the Guarantee page. A defect claim never counts against your 30 day return window.
