The STRATUM Lifetime Guarantee

Every STRATUM chain is covered for the expected lifetime of the piece. If it fails because of how it was made, we make it right. That is the whole promise.

What is covered

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear. Clasp failure. A link separating. Plating failing far earlier than it should. If the chain failed and you wore it normally, it is covered.

What is not covered

Loss. Theft. Accidental damage. Misuse or abuse. Alterations or repairs done outside STRATUM. Normal wear and tear. Damage from chemicals, pools, perfumes, or harsh cleaning products. A chain that was yanked, crushed, or worn through concrete work failed from treatment, not from manufacturing.

How to claim

Email johananwright25@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We determine whether it is a defect, then repair or replace at our discretion. The defective piece must be returned before a replacement ships.

The fine print that keeps this honest

One replacement per original item. A replacement carries the remainder of the original guarantee, not a new lifetime. We reserve the right to decline claims showing clear misuse or repeated claims on the same piece. This keeps the guarantee real for everyone.
